We are delighted to share that Matthew Southall, Director at Watling Real Estate, has successfully passed his NARA examinations and has been awarded Fellowship of Nara – The Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers as well as becoming a RICS Registered Property Receiver (RPR).
NARA is widely recognised as the industry gold standard for Fixed Charge Receiverships. As the leading professional body representing Fixed Charge Receivers and associated professionals, NARA plays a crucial role in promoting best practice, maintaining professional standards, and supporting its members through education, guidance and representation.
Matt’s achievement reflects both his technical capability and his commitment to the highest professional standards in receivership and real estate restructuring. As a NARA Fellow and Registered Property Receiver, he strengthens not only his own credentials but also the depth of expertise within Watling Real Estate, with nine of our team being FNARA / RPR qualified. His experience, commercial acumen and diligent approach to complex real estate situations make this a well‑deserved recognition.
Commenting on the achievement, Matt said: “I’m proud to have achieved Fellowship of NARA and to have qualified as an RICS Registered Fixed Charge Receiver. This qualification reinforces my commitment to delivering the highest quality advice and outcomes for clients. I am grateful for the continued support from the Watling team and look forward to continuing to support clients.”
