A huge congratulations to our very own Chris Davies! This time for completing the incredible 13 Valleys Ultra Marathon in the Lake District National Park!
After completing the 68 mile ‘7 Valleys’ in 2024, the first question from his ever supportive colleagues at Watling was ‘When are you going to have a go at the ‘adults race’………….?!
Twelve months on, Chris has taken on the 114-mile / 180-km course with over 7200m of ascent along with 200 plus other runners. Starting on Friday evening at 6pm, 41 hours and a slight injury later, Chris was one of only 78 competitors to cross the finishing line early Sunday afternoon!
