As we celebrate two years since the launch of Watling Real Estate in June 2023, we have added a new recruit to our Birmingham office.
Kyannah-Leigh Johnson, a recent graduate in property development and planning from Birmingham City University, has joined Watling on a 12-month placement.
Ben Holyhead, Associate at Watling Real Estate, said: “Having partnered with a number of regional Universities, we found that the breadth and quality of applicants for our placement position was outstanding. Kyannah will be a fantastic addition to our office, and we are very excited for her to join the team.
“As we continue to grow the business, with the launch of our new Consulting division, across the UK, we are keen to recruit young, talented people into the Watling Graduate and Apprenticeship scheme. In addition, we will be providing national internships across each of our offices.”
Kyannah-Leigh Johnson said: “After meeting with a number of surveying and property companies, Watling genuinely stood out in terms of its team’s enthusiasm and commitment to graduates and placement students.
“It’s a great business to join with opportunities to be more hands-on than in a larger professional practice, which is ideal at this early stage of my career.
“In an extremely competitive graduate market, I am thrilled to have secured the role and am really excited about the next 12 months.”
Watling Real Estate has offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Bristol and has recently added a Consulting division to its real estate restructuring and transactional service lines.
