Tom is an Associate Director at Watling Real Estate based in the London office. He is a Member of the RICS and a RICS Registered Valuer.
Tom has over 10 years of experience working within the real estate sector and previously worked for GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) within their Restructuring Solutions team, before joining Watling Real Estate at its inception in 2023.
Tom specialises in receivership and insolvent transactions across various real estate asset classes including investment, vacant properties (all sectors), BtL portfolios, part built residential developments, broken and unbroken residential block sales, and residential development land.
Tom has worked on several large residential block sales in the South East. He has assisted in ensuring building compliance, exploring value add opportunities, to help maximise the salability and value of real estate assets.
