Nathan is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Watling Real Estate and heads the London office. Nathan is a Member of the RICS, sits on the RICS panel for the Fixed Charge Receivership scheme, and is a RICS Registered Valuer.
Nathan has worked within Valuation and Restructuring since graduating from the University of Reading in 1997. He previously worked at GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) in the London team, and prior to that in Manchester.
Nathan is one of the most experienced Fixed Charge Receivers in the UK having been instructed on high profile appointments, on behalf of UK and international banking clients, for over 25 years.
These appointments included institutional grade hotel investment portfolios, central London office investments, regionally dominant shopping centres, and city centre residential development sites.
He has also been successfully involved in case law governing receivership including Silven Properties v Royal Bank of Scotland plc and Menon v Pask.
Nathan is particularly experienced in project management having led the debt sale service line, valuing over £5bn of assets across 15 sales, acting on behalf of international banks and PE funds.
