Max is a Placement Surveyor at Watling Real Estate, based in the North East.
Max is currently completing his professional placement year with Watling as part of
his BA (Hons) Business Management degree at Northumbria University.
Prior to joining the firm, Max achieved the Certificate in Commercial Real Estate
(RICS), providing him with a strong foundation in the property sector.
Since joining Watling, Max has supported senior colleagues across a range of
instructions, gaining practical experience in areas including valuation, agency and
wider advisory services.
During his placement year, Max is focused on building his technical knowledge,
commercial awareness and professional skillset, with the aim of applying this
experience to his final year at university and future progression within the real estate
industry, including a potential RICS qualification.
