Jamie is a Director at Watling Real Estate based in London. He is a Member of the RICS, a RICS Registered Fixed Charge Receiver, a Fellow of NARA, and a RICS Registered Valuer.
Jamie started his career at GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) working within both the Transactional Services and Restructuring Solutions teams, before joining Watling Real Estate at its inception in 2023.
Jamie is a transaction specialist, with over 23 years of experience, and advises a wide variety of clients including banks, alternative lenders, accountants/IP’s, private equity investors, assisting in the trading of real estate across Central & Greater London and the South East.
Jamie’s sector experience includes commercial investment properties (office / retail / industrial / shopping centres), vacant properties (all sectors), residential BtL portfolios, part built residential developments, and broken and unbroken residential block sales.
