James is a Senior Surveyor at Watling Real Estate based in the North East. He is a Member of the RICS and a RICS Registered Valuer.
James started his real estate career in 2017 within Avison Young’s Restructuring Solutions team, while completing an undergraduate degree in Economics, followed by a Master’s degree in Real Estate. He joined Watling Real Estate at its inception in 2023.
He provides strategic asset management, agency, and valuation advice to a wide variety of clients, including SMEs, large corporates, private equity investors, developers, banks, alternative lenders, accountants, and insolvency practitioners.
James has experience across all core real estate sectors, as well as a broad range of alternative asset classes.
