Ian is a Director within the Capital Markets team at Watling Real Estate and is based in the North West. He is Member of the RICS and IPF.
Ian previously worked at Ryden for 5 years within their Investment team carrying out cross sector transactions for a variety of clients. Prior to this, Ian worked within the Restructuring Solutions team at GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) for 10 years.
Ian provides specialist real estate advice to landlords, property companies, private investors, funds, and developers, specifically in respect of retail warehousing and industrial investment.
In recent years, Ian has acquired numerous dominant regional retail parks across the UK for both UK-based and overseas investors.
Ian has a general practice background, with particular focus on investment, agency, asset management, and corporate restructuring.
