Chris is a Director at Watling Real Estate covering the Midlands and Southwest. He is a Member of the RICS, a RICS Registered Fixed Charge Receiver, a Fellow of NARA, and a RICS Registered Valuer.
Chris started his career at GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) and spent 16 years working within the Restructuring Solutions team before joining Watling Real Estate at its inception in 2023.
Chris has been involved with a wide range of workflows including asset management, agency, and strategic advisory roles across all real estate sectors.
Chris has been heavily involved with the aviation sector in recent years, having advised the Administrators of both Monarch Airlines and Thomas Cook as well as several airports directly. Other clients include FTSE listed corporates, private equity houses, as well as range of lending institutions and professional services firms.
