Ben is an Associate Director at Watling Real Estate based in the Midlands. He is a Member of the RICS, a RICS Registered Fixed Charge Receiver, a Fellow of NARA, and a RICS Registered Valuer.
Ben has worked within the restructuring market for over 10 years, prior to which, he worked for one of the principal real estate consultancies in the Black Country.
Ben’s experience is diverse, have acted across all real estate sectors and advising clients from Insolvency Practitioners, Fixed Charge Receivers, clearing banks and alternative lenders, through to owner managed businesses, and FTSE-listed companies.
Notable projects Ben has been involved with include, advising and implementing a disposal strategy in respect of an industrial portfolio on behalf of the Administrators of Laura Ashley, and supporting a substantial German manufacturer restructure their multi-million pound UK estate.
