Alan is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Watling Real Estate operating between the London and Midlands offices. He is a Member of the RICS, a RICS Registered Fixed Charge Receiver, a Fellow of NARA, and a RICS Registered Valuer.
Alan has over 20 years of experience working within the real estate sector. Alan led the UK Restructuring Solutions team at Avison Young, prior to setting up Watling Real Estate with the current Director group.
In addition to working extensively with client’s spanning the professional and financial services sectors, Alan has a strong focus advising on cross sector real estate related restructuring matters, particularly within the corporate and private equity markets.
Alan specialises in implementing strategic and operational property reviews, restructuring in both proactive and reactive scenarios, and advising on individual assets / portfolios from a valuation, asset management, and transactional perspective.
