Watling Real Estate has completed the letting of 19,519 sq ft of office space to Babcock International Group at Affinity, located within Solent Business Park.
The engineering and professional services company has taken the accommodation on a five-year lease with a tenant break option at year three.
The transaction means that Building 3000B, also known as Affinity Two, is now fully let. The wider Affinity campus provides approximately 100,000 sq ft of office accommodation across Affinity One and Affinity Two, with availability remaining within Affinity One.
Both buildings have recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment programme designed to enhance environmental performance, occupier wellbeing and operational efficiency. The upgraded specification includes newly refurbished reception areas, modern air-conditioning systems, fully accessible raised floors, suspended ceilings with modular LED lighting, passenger lifts, shower facilities and secure cycle storage.
Occupiers at Solent Business Park also benefit from a strong on-site amenity offering, including national retailers, food and beverage operators and a Tesco Superstore.
