Dan is a Graduate Surveyor at Watling Real Estate based in the North West.
Dan is currently undertaking his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is training to become a Chartered Surveyor. He is gaining experience across a wide range of real estate sectors.
Dan graduated from Northumbria University in July 2025 completing a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate. He immediately joined Watling Real Estate, and has since been assisting senior colleagues on a variety of projects, with a particular focus on receivership instructions and supporting asset management strategies.
He is developing expertise in real estate valuation, investment, agency, and restructuring, as part of his graduate training programme.
Dan continues to broaden his exposure across multiple sectors, including agency and consultancy, as he works towards achieving RICS accreditation.
