Alhambra Shopping Centre

Asset stabilisation via multiple negotiations including long lease renegotiations to reduce ground rent, occupational lease regears and carrying out new lettings.  We also worked with the Local Authority to support the regeneration of the town for all stakeholders including undertaking a planning review to reallocate part of the site for residential use.  We managed the transaction and agency to exit via a sale to the Local Authority.
