Matt is a Director at Watling Real Estate based in London. He is a Member of the RICS and RICS Registered Valuer.

Matt previously worked within the Restructuring Solutions team at Avison Young, before joining Watling Real Estate at inception in 2023.

Matt specialises in providing strategic real estate advice to lenders, insolvency practitioners, fixed charge receivers, private equity houses, and HNW family offices.

Matt advises clients across all real estate asset classes, with a particular focus on residential (prime Central London, multi-family, and multi-unit portfolios), part-built developments, offices, and land with planning.

Matt is also experienced in portfolio restructuring, managed wind-downs, and asset repositioning and has completed various complex multi-jurisdictional cases involving UK property held by offshore vehicles and trusts.
