Rob is an Associate Director at Watling Real Estate based in the North East. He is a Member of the RICS and a RICS Registered Valuer.
Rob completed a MSc (Hons) in Real Estate at Northumbria University, prior to joining GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) in 2016. Rob spent 7 years within their Restructuring Solutions team, before joining Watling Real Estate at its inception in 2023.
Rob has experience across all real estate sectors providing valuation, strategic asset management, and agency advice.
Rob has advised a wide variety of clients including banks, alternative lenders, accountants/IPs, and Fixed Charge Receivers.
Rob has been involved in a number of high profile appointments including The Dissington Estate a 2,500-acre agricultural estate, The Alhambra Shopping Centre, and Lincolnshire Lakes a 550-acre development site.
