Tom is a Surveyor in the Capital Markets team at Watling Real Estate, based in London. He is a Member of the RICS and a RICS Registered Valuer.
He began his career as one of the first-degree apprentices at Avison Young. Over five years he rotated through the Investment, Valuation, Commercial Development and Business Rates teams, building a broad, well-rounded understanding of the property market. He completed the apprenticeship with a first-class degree from Birmingham City University before joining Watling Real Estate in 2026.
Tom specialises in providing strategic real estate advice to purchasers and vendors, working with institutional funds, developers, property companies and private investors. He is actively involved in sales and acquisitions and advises clients across all real estate asset classes, with experience in all aspects of commercial investment agency.
Tom is known for a motivated approach and a commitment to providing an exceptional service to a diverse client base.
