Watling Real Estate has continued to support a range of charitable causes through a series of events, reinforcing the firm’s ongoing commitment to giving back to communities and worthwhile organisations.

Colleagues across the business took part in several charity events, combining physical challenges and fundraising initiatives that together raised funds for great charitable causes.

Nathan Pask participated in SWIMIPIM, joining property industry peers for the annual open‑water swimming event at MIPIM. The initiative raised over £19,000 for Streets of London homelessness charity. Nathan also took part in the LCCC Pisa to Rimini 2026 Cycle, a demanding multi‑day cycling challenge through Italy without 30,000 ft of climbing! The event raised £20,000 for various charities including Great Ormond Street Hospital.

The team also supported the Aspire Charity Sporting Quiz Dinner, hosting industry clients and testing our obscure sporting knowledge. The event raised in excess of £184,000 in support of Aspire’s work in supporting people living with spinal cord injuries across the UK.

We attended the Best of British sporting lunch, kindly hosted by Carbon Funding Consultants at the Waldorf with guest speaker, Gareth Thomas CBE supporting the Terrence Higgins Trust who do vital work in supporting people living with HIV.

A great time was had at the FRP Comedy Evening and charity auction raising money for Switchboard, the LGBTQIA+ support line.

Our London team also attended the XO Bikes Great Escape Day, supporting initiatives focused on providing training, mentorship and employment for those leaving prison and integrating back into society.

In addition to fundraising, these events provided valuable opportunities for colleagues to come together outside of day‑to‑day work, supporting causes that align closely with Watling Real Estate’s values of community, wellbeing and long‑term positive impact.
