Jack is a Graduate Surveyor at Watling Real Estate based in the North East.
Jack graduated from Northumbria University in July 2025 completing a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate. During his third year, he completed a placement in Sheffield where he was involved with a wide range of cases and sectors.
He is currently working towards his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a Chartered Surveyor looking to build on his skills and knowledge acquired from university and while on placement.
Since joining Watling, Jack has assisted senior colleagues across a range of instructions from valuation, agency and wider advisory services as a part of his graduate training programme.
